چکیده
It is a valuable and good food source with the ingredients it contains in milk, but if hygienic conditions are not ensured during milking, storage processing, diseases related to milk dairy products likely occur. More than 90% of these bacterial origin. B. cereus, found Bacillaceae family, significant contamination due presence psychrotrophic strains. In recent years, has been reported that contaminated cereus have adverse effects on human health, toxic substances formed products.
This study, aimed molecularly identify bacteria species cause such as poisoning loss quality milk. this DNA Bacillus one microorganisms raw was isolated gene regions were determined at molecular level by PCR method using specific primers cereus. Six for nheA, nheB, nheC, hblA, hblC, hblD 16S rRNA used detection samples. At end detected 8 13 revealed can be quickly reliably identification primers.

متن کاملDirect detection of Bacillus cereus enterotoxin genes in food by multiplex Polymerase Chain Reaction
This study evaluated a direct multiplex PCR to detect food contamination with enterotoxigenic Bacillus cereus (B. cereus) in comparison with culture and multiplex gene detection using colonies. Detection of B. cereus enterotoxin genes was done on artificially contaminated and ready-toeat market foods including cooked rice, pasteurized milk and cheese. Of the 108 food samples analysed, 51(47.2 %...

Background and Objective: Bacillus cereus is responsible for several outbreaks of foodborne diseases. Therefore, the purpose of the study was to replace routine culture testing, by employing PCR directly from food to detect the bacteria and its enterotoxins. Methods: In the present study, a total of 75 Kibda sandwiches, Sausage sandwiches, Luncheon chicken, Luncheon meat and shawarma sandwiche...
